How to Enter:
*Step 1* - Upload an _original_ video of an _electronic_ Halloween project that you have built or created yourself.
*Step 2* - Recruit your friends and get them to vote for your project so you can be a winner.
*Step 3* - The public votes on the Halloween project they think is the best and the top project wins the grand prize.
