Q: Can I renew my subscription online?

A: Yes! Login to our Subscriber Center’s Renewal page by Clicking Here. Once you have logged in, you’ll be able to select a term and payment option - then just click renew. Renewals can also be phoned, faxed or mailed to Subscriber Services. Using the online method provides the fastest service.

Q: Is Nuts & Volts available in a digital format?

A: Yes! Nuts & Volts Online is an exact replica of the print edition. It provides the same visual experience, but is delivered and viewed via the web, using Published Web Format (PWF) technology. It enables readers to link directly to advertiser information and additional web content referenced in articles. Nuts & Volts Online is viewed via the web and is printable AND downloadable as a PDF for offline viewing.

Q: How do I login to the Nuts & Volts Online edition?

A: You can login here using your email address. The main link is located in the upper right corner of the NV website in the "Digital Edition" dropdown menu. You will receive an email each month with a link to the current issue, as soon as it is available.

Q: Can I add Nuts & Volts Online to my existing print subscription?

A: Yes! Login to our Online Subscriber Services, Update Account Info by logging in to your account. Once you have logged into your account, check the box “Grant access to the online edition”. You may also call Customer Service at 877-525-2539 or 818-487-4545 (outside US) between 5am and 5pm PST. Be sure to add or update your e-mail address since it’s required for login and delivery of your new issue notifications. Then, simply log-on to Nuts & Volts Online through the Digital Edition link in the upper right corner or other website links using the same email address used for your subscriber account . There is no additional cost to add Nuts & Volts Online to a paid print subscription.

Q: Can I cancel Nuts & Volts Online if I decide it’s not for me?

A: Yes. Just login to our Online Subscriber Services, Update Account Info. Once logged in, uncheck the “Grant access to the online edition” box.

Q: Can I send a copy of Nuts & Volts Online to a friend?

A: You can share specific pages that you think will be of interest, but entire issues are reserved for Nuts & Volts subscribers. To send pages, use the “Share With Friends” icon in the toolbar.

Q: What is the Nuts & Volts Preferred Subscriber Network?

A: The Preferred Subscriber Network is our auto-renewal program. We keep your credit card info on file and automatically renew your subscription before it expires. We’ll notify you via email about 30 days prior to your expiration date that your credit card will be charged for a one year renewal term. We’ll continue to do so until you tell us to stop. As a member, you’ll have unlimited access to the online digital library of all archived volumes of Nuts & Volts. You’ll enjoy the convenience of uninterrupted service and avoid all the annoying renewal notices.

A normal subscription entitles you to digital access of the issues included in your subscription term. The Preferred Subscriber Network gives you access to every issue in the archives.

Q: How do I sign up to get the new issue email notifications?

A: New issue notifications are sent to all current print and digital subscribers. Make sure your email address is included in your subscriber account or we will be unable to send a notification. Also, if at any time you have been on our enewsletter list and have unsubscribed, you will also not get the new issue notification, unless you resubscribe. You can resubscribe and update your preferences to opt out of the newsletter, if you don't want it.
